At Blue Heaven River Tours we want to make your booking experience as easy as possible.  We always recomend advanced reservations due to the high demand of tours this time of year.  

However we welcome last minute calls as well and it never hurts to see if there is an opening.

Cancellation Policy

Tours cancelled by the Owner or Captain of Blue Heaven River tours due to bad weather will not be charged!  

No one can predict the weather with 100% accuracy, not even the National Weather Service!The only way a tour can be cancelled or a rain check can be issued due to weather is by either the Owner or Captain of Blue Heaven River Tours. These decisions in some cases can't be made prior to the time of the Tour at the dock at the scheduled time of departure, so it is always best to have a plan "B" just in case we have to call off your Tour due to bad weather. The good news is there are alot of fun things to do in Charttanooga if we did have to cancel your tour due to weather, so hopefuly Plan "B" isnt so bad! In the case that we do have to cancel a Tour we always do our best to work with our customers to issue a rain check or reschedule your Tour for a date and time that fits your needs during the dates of May 1st to October 31st within one year of the original date in which your Tour was scheduled! Cloudy weather, passing showers or a sprinkle is not reason for cancelation! We just go inside and enjoy the inside cabin and continue to have fun! 

In the case we cancel a Tour and a reshedule date is not possible for you we are happy to offer our customers a full refund!
